Allegre Point’s location and amenities make this development a first-rate setting for South DeKalb seniors. Built specifically for seniors, age 62 and older, Allegre Point Senior Residences consists of 67 apartments conveniently located five minutes from shopping, pharmacy, restaurants, and the South DeKalb Senior Center. Allegre Point Senior Residences are also easily accessible to public transportation. St. Joseph’s Health System is supporting health program development for residents and various other community partners team with Mercy Housing’s Resident Services staff to bring a variety of social services to Allegre Point’s seniors.
