Piñon Terrace has 66 units and provides housing for families and people with special needs. This beautiful community is close to downtown Durango in the Three-Springs neighborhood. Shopping, dining and a hospital are all conveniently located within walking distance of the community. Beautiful mountain views can be seen in all directions from the apartments.
Mercy Regional Medical Center donated the land for Piñon Terrace through Mercy Housing’s partnership with Catholic Health Initiatives.
