Brand New Affordable Apartments Coming Fall 2025!
Pleasant Grove Phase 1 offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes for households under 30%, 40%, 50% or 60% of Area Median Income. Of the 48 apartments there are eight (8) apartments reserved for households that meet the requirements of the project-based voucher (PBV) program of the Roseville Housing Authority. All eight (8) of these apartments are available only by referral. The remaining apartments are available to members of the general public. All households will have to meet income and occupancy restrictions as well as other eligibility criteria. Households must be under 30%, 40%, 50% or 60% of Area Median Income.

The application period for the lottery is now closed, the lottery will be held on Friday May 16, 2025.  If you submitted an application prior to Friday May 9 watch for an email from PleasantGrove@mercyhousing.org with your lottery results. Applications can be downloaded and printed from this site or picked from our temporary leasing office located at 915 Douglas Boulevard, Suite 3, Roseville, CA 95678.

  • Completed applications should be returned in person, via fax or via USPS to our temporary leasing office at the address noted above..
  • Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-5:00PM and Friday 9:00AM-1:00PM.

  • Pre-applications received after 5:00PM May 9, 2025 will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
