About Burbank Boulevard Senior Housing
54 units of affordable housing for individuals 55 and over who are homeless or those at risk of homelessness making less than 30% of AMI. There is also 1 Manager Unit.
All apartments are leased through the Coordinated Entry System (CES Spa 2) at LA Family Housing by referral only.
This beautiful new community features on-site Resident Services and case management, a community room, conference room, landscaped courtyard with BBQ, conference room and laundry rooms on every floor.
Seniors are among the most vulnerable in the homeless population and, sadly, the ranks of homeless seniors surged by 22% last year even as the overall number of homeless in L.A. County dropped. We look forward to working with the community to deliver housing that addresses this pressing need.
