2022 was an exciting year for Mercy Housing as we celebrated our 40th anniversary. We broke ground on our first affordable housing communities in Oregon and South Carolina, increasing the number of states where we operate to 21. We also celebrated the launch of the Mercy Housing Endowment, thanks to the Congregation of Sisters of Mercy – US Region.

2023 is shaping up to be another year of impact for our organization and the communities we serve. While we are a 40-year old affordable housing organization, our focus has always been on investing in and providing onsite supportive services for residents, such as health and wellness. We will continue to plant roots in new communities while providing the tools residents need to achieve their goals.
