Your support helps us build more affordable homes around the country. There are currently 31 properties in development that will ultimately create 3,096 new homes. While we celebrate every new property opening, we continue to stay vigilant, seeking out future projects to meet the demand for affordable housing. It is thanks to supporters like you that help us provide high-quality program enriched affordable housing for low-income individuals and families.

Stable, affordable housing is truly the first step to solving so many problems. It provides access to opportunity and is one of the most critical foundations to individual and community wellbeing — health, food, education, employment, and much more. Unfortunately, 70% of the 11 million low-income renters in the U.S. spend more than half of their income on rent and utilities.

Housing justice is social justice. With a stable home, people can access what they need to achieve their goals and dream of a brighter future. More safe and affordable housing is the way forward.
