Young Women with Big Hearts

Students at St. Joan Antida High School found a creative way to serve Milwaukee women.

The students at St. Joan Antida were looking for a way to live out their school’s mission to lead and serve. They chose their neighbors at St. Catherine Residence to be the beneficiaries of their generosity. Over winter and spring, they hosted a “Snack Shack” selling treats in order to raise funds to help the women living at St. Catherine Residence. Not only did they raise $300 but they also created 70 goodie bags filled with snacks to share with residents and brighten their day.
