EPIC’s National Real Estate Practice has partnered with Mercy Housing to award 12 residents with the Mercy Housing EPIC Educational Support Grant! Luz is an awardee with a profound sense of determination. She kept pursuing her dreams despite many hurdles. Luz and the other awardees were chosen due to their clear career goals and exceptional
