Brand new, modern town homes, duplexes and apartments coming soon!  A mix of affordable and market rate apartments will be available for move in starting in the Winter of 2021.

We are currently accepting pre-applications for two bedroom affordable apartments.  (Market rate townhomes and duplexes are leased on a first come, first served basis and are currently all pre-leased.)  To apply for a two bedroom, please complete the initial pre-application found on the apply link and return to our leasing office.

One and Three bedroom apartments currently have a significant waiting list.

Market Rate Rents and Income Requirements:

Three-bedroom townhome or duplex: $1,150/month

Monthly income must be at least two times the monthly rent.  Rents as of 7/26/2021 and subject to change.

Affordable Rents and Income Requirements:

One-bedroom – $575 – $710/month

Two-bedrooms – $629 – $835/month

Three-bedrooms – $697 – $884/month
