Connection Angle Lake offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes for households under 50% and 60% of Area Median Income. Of the 130 apartments there are 26 apartments reserved for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including eight (8) for households that meet the requirements of the project-based voucher (PBV) program of the King County Housing Authority.  All 26 of these apartments are available only by referral. The remaining apartments are available to members of the general public. All households will have to meet income and occupancy restrictions as well as other eligibility criteria.
