About The Northern on Pac Ave
Coming March 2027
This community will be an family-oriented affordable housing development with a preference for larger households and families with children, including those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The community will include 80 units comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, serving households at 30%, 50%, and 60% AMI.
Located nearby are two pharmacies, several grocery stores, behavioral and medical health facilities, social service providers including a food bank, domestic violence and community action agencies, public parks, athletic fields, public swimming pools, and public schools.
