A brand-new affordable housing community is opening soon in Fort Collins, Colorado! This beautiful new community will offer one, two and three bedroom apartments at an affordable price. Apartments feature quartz countertops, washer/dryers in each apartment, and select units have kitchen islands and/or patios.
Application acceptance is ongoing at our temporary leasing address. Move-ins are expected to start in Spring/Summer 2023.

Located one mile north of vibrant downtown Ft Collins, the community offers access to bus lines, parks, the regional trail network, shopping and restaurants.
