About West Beamer Place
Developed in partnership between Mercy Housing and Yolo County Housing’s New Hope Community Development Corporation, West Beamer Place will provide safe and affordable permanent supportive housing for one of the City of Woodland’s most vulnerable populations. The community consists of 80 garden-style apartments and townhomes in 15 two-story buildings located in a residential area of Woodland, CA, serving individuals experiencing or who at-risk-of homelessness. A variety of health services, shopping, and schools are available to its residents. Also included onsite is a separate community building that includes staff offices and multi-use community spaces.
