Middlefield Junction is nestled in the North Fair Oaks neighborhood of Redwood City, with easy access to 101, 82 and 84. A total of 179 1, 2 and 3-bedroom new apartment homes in two buildings, with the first building opening Summer 2025 and the second building opening in 2026.

Of the 179 apartments there are 20 apartments reserved for households who meet the requirements for Healthy Housing California and 24 for households that meet the requirements of the Project Based Voucher program of the Housing Authority of San Mateo County.  All 44 of these apartments are available only by referral and are located in both buildings.  The remaining apartments are available to members of the general public.  All households will have to meet income and occupancy restrictions.

Featuring a Walk Score of 85, close to CalTrain and SamTrans, and with the opening of our second building in 2026 that will also include bike storage, Middlefield Junction is an ideal location to walk, bike, use public transportation, to easily get around the neighborhood. If the car free life is not for you there is also limited resident parking.

When completed in 2026 Middlefield Junction will include outdoor green spaces and a resident lounge for resident recreation, with a community event space as well.

 Applications for our first building will be available this spring.
