This community will be an family-oriented affordable housing development with a preference for larger households and families with children, including those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The project will include 80 units comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, serving households at 30%, 50%, and 60% AMI.
