Mercy Housing is partnering with the San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund to develop 145 new permanent supportive housing apartment homes. This community offers seniors age 55 and older experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness a brand-new studio apartment. The property will serve low-income residents and rents will be based on household income.
The community will have unique services with trauma informed services. This includes: On-Site resident services, Health and Wellness Workshops, Financial Stability Workshops, A supportive services suite, and on-site food pantry. In addition to the unique services offered, the community will also have a community room, planned resident events, free bike storage room, 24th St. BART transit access, and walk-ability to stores, retail, and main transit lines.
Opening in January of 2026. We are excited to begin accepting referral applications Fall 2025 in partnership with San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) and Mission Action.
