Feb 20U.S. Bank Foundation grant fuels local impact
With support from a $30,000 U.S. Bank Foundation grant, we are deepening our impact in support of our Housing Stability for Low-Income Families in Pierce County initiative.
This one-year grant will fund eviction-prevention services for 570 residents across six affordable housing communities. It includes personalized outreach, rental assistance navigation, lease education, and proactive financial stability support. These essential services help residents maintain long-term housing stability, particularly for households earning below 30% of the area median income.
Our partnership with U.S. Bank extends far beyond just grant making. Over the past year, U.S. Bank employees have volunteered with the Magnuson Place food pantry, helping our residents with care and consistency. Later this spring, they will host a series of financial literacy workshops, further supporting the financial well-being of our residents.

We are deeply grateful for U.S. Bank’s commitment to strengthening the communities we serve, and for standing alongside us in expanding housing stability across the region.
