Mar 24Belvedere Prepares to Bloom
Later this year, Belvedere Apartments in Mauldin, South Carolina, will open its doors to families with low incomes and unhoused individuals. Conveniently located near medical facilities, educational institutions, and employment opportunities, this affordable housing community will offer 88 brand-new apartment homes.
Residents will have free onsite amenities, including shared spaces, a gym, workstations, and a playground for the youngest residents. Additional resident services include health and wellness programming, financial and housing stability support, and out-of-school-time activities to enrich academic achievement. Belvedere will offer summer camps and other fun activities when the summer months heat up.
New residents will come home to high-quality, energy-efficient apartments in the heart of Greenville.
Thank you to our community partners: the Greenville Housing Department and the Greenville County Redevelopment Authority (GCRA), which includes HOME, HOME-ARP, Affordable Housing, Mercy Capital Magnet, and Mercy Gap funds.
We look forward to welcoming residents home in October!
