Hearts United: A Night of Generosity and Joy

Thank you to everyone who attended Power of Home and contributed to making this year’s annual event a resounding success!

Your generous support and participation are essential to the success of Mercy Housing Southeast’s resident services programs. Thanks to your contributions, we will continue to provide crucial resources such as Out-of-School time programming, financial literacy courses, and wellness initiatives. Your commitment to fostering stable, affordable housing is instrumental in helping individuals and families thrive within their communities.

Thank you to our host and presenting sponsor, Georgia Power for providing the venue in their headquarters for free for this year’s event.

Power of Home Highlights Community Partnerships

It was a night of memorable experiences, with a spotlight on behavioral health coaching led by the Atlanta Regional Commission, our valued community partner, serving MHSE’s Atlanta communities. A resident also recounted her personal experience in the program.

Guests also heard from board chair Tia McCoy, Mercy Housing President & CEO Ismael Guerrero, MHSE President James Alexandar, MHSE Vice President of Philanthropy Beth Haynes, and MHSE Annual Giving Manager Tie Odom.

We also heard from our longtime partner, Capital One.

We are deeply grateful for your dedication and look forward to the continued progress we can achieve together. Your ongoing support is vital to creating a future where everyone has a place to call home. Thank you!
