Mar 14Priority: Preservation
While building new, affordable homes is a necessity, preserving and taking care of existing communities is just as important! By upgrading existing communities, Mercy Housing can supply more affordable housing opportunities for the long-term.
Timbercreek Apartments

The major renovation at Timbercreek Apartments is off to a great start. Once complete, each home will feature new trim, lighting, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, Energy-Star appliances, and furnaces. The community clubhouse will feature an elevator to help make the building more accessible and other finishes to create a more welcoming space for residents.
As of January, 96 of the 180 apartments have been completed and we are on track to have construction completed by June 2024.
