1491 Sunnydale Avenue is currently under construction and will provide studio, one, two and three bedroom apartment homes as part of the Sunnydale redevelopment project.  The community will have 55 total units with the majority of the apartments designated for the relocation of existing Sunnydale residents.  13 affordable apartments will be available to the general public via lottery.
