“We are honored and thankful for EPIC’s generous support to Mercy Housing,” said Jane Graf, President and CEO of Mercy Housing. Providing a healthy, safe and vibrant community for seniors is key to our mission.”

“During our four-year relationship with Mercy Housing, we have visited a number of their properties and have seen the dramatic impact that a stable and caring environment can have on individuals and families,” Jonathan Griffiths, managing principal of EPIC’s National Real Estate Practice. “As our country tries to address an acute shortage of affordable housing, Mercy Housing operations should be applauded.”

Since 2015, EPIC has raised more than $140,000 for Mercy Housing initiatives. In past years, EPIC’s support has enabled the expansion of summer and after-school youth programming and security system upgrades and Mercy Housing properties in Colorado, California and Illinois.
