It’s been less than a year since Reynoldstown Senior Residences opened its doors, and has already won a prestigious award!

The community, 10 years in the making, hosted a grand opening in May, which was attended by the people who made the dream of Reynoldstown a reality: Mercy Housing supporters like you, elected officials, and local community leaders.

Reynoldstown, the first and only affordable housing development on the Atlanta Beltline, is now 100% occupied by seniors whose annual income is less than $35,000 per year.

Reynoldstown recently won the prestigious Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award for Outstanding Senior Housing Development. Representatives from Mercy Housing Southeast attended an awards celebration in June in Washington, DC, hosted by the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition and attended by a number of senators, representatives, and leaders in affordable housing development and finance from across the country.
