Development of Phase II of Mercy Housing Northwest’s Tacoma Senior Apartments is in full swing! Phase II is being built next to Phase I, creating 40 new apartment homes. The two buildings will be connected through common corridors, share extensive community facilities, and operate as one community. Phase II is slated to open at the end of the year, and both buildings will have a robust Resident Services program for seniors!
