Developer Central, a streamlined version of Community Central, is a robust information and process management software solution tailored to developers who acquire, rehabilitate and sell affordable housing. It works with existing processes and systems to make community developers more efficient, productive and successful.

Developer Central provides an intuitive user interface that allows developers to manage and store documents and data; automate reporting throughout the property lifecycle, manage workflow and visually manage target areas using geospatial mapping. With web-based access available anytime, anywhere, it allows developers to stay on track – and on the job – while managing their projects.

Several community developers including the City of Reading, Pennsylvania; Genesee County Michigan; Hidalgo County Texas; Nehemiah Development Partners; Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership and TRF Development Partners are using Developer Central to manage all aspects of their development projects and are already seeing impressive results. Recently, the City of Reading, Pennsylvania went through a HUD audit and HUD officials were extremely impressed with their use of Developer Central because of the efficiency it provided in tracking project funds and progress.

“All communities need Developer Central…it’s a one-stop shop,” says Daniel Wright, Manager of Community and Economic Development for the City of Reading, Pennsylvania.
